The second segment provides an overview of federal requirements for the protection of human participants in research and institutional review boards. Third, the webinar discusses FERPA concerns related to this inter-institutional assessment project. The final two sections provide provide guidance for institutions participating in the Texas Assessment Collaborative project and explore IRB-related concerns for local institutions conducting LEAP VALUE-based assessment of general education outcomes and the Texas Core Objectives.
